Room Spray by Perfect Potion - what I love about it

A good Room Spray can be an incredible thing.

What makes these ones good?

I’m glad you asked!

They don’t contain “fragrance” or “perfume” - both of these are made from many chemicals. Instead they are formulated from essential oils (extracts from plants). There’s an enormous difference (except many who are chemically sensitive don’t tolerate either).

Next, they’ve been created by Perfect Potion - an Australian company headed by aromatherapist Salvatore Battaglia. 

I always say that if you’re going to use essential oils therapeutically, then get advice from a trained aromatherapist (not a sales rep for an MLM).

Shinrin Yoku is my favourite because it brings the essential oils of the forest into my space. This is important to me because I highly value the health benefits of “forest bathing” (a Japanese practice, Shinrin Yoku). Research has found that the benefits of 1-hour of forest bathing can last for a whole week!

Yuzu & Lime is also here in the store because they are so bright and uplifting. Emotionally, they can lift our spirits and lighten our mood…
