It contains 5 bottles of pure essential oils that have a range of uses - and it also includes a booklet to make using and blending these oils simple.

Blue Mallee Eucalyptus is energising, purifying and balancing. 

Lemon Scented Eucalyptus can be used to purify the air and promotes feelings of excitement and energy.

Broad-leaved Peppermint Eucalyptus this stunning oil is invigorating.

Lemon Myrtle is both uplifting and invigorating (and one of my favourites).

How to Use Your Australian Essential Oils Kit

Following the Guide, you can create your own unique blends with native Australian essential oils. 

The oils in this kit are particularly suited to clearing respiratory congestion, purifying the air and uplifting and inspiring the senses.

Use approximately 5 drops to your essential oil diffuser (this is the one that I use).
