Definitions:
Any terms which are capitalised but not defined in this document are defined in the General Terms.
1. Description of Services
1.1 Subject to your agreement to these terms in relation to the Online Courses, Eco Health agrees to provide you with the following:
(a) virtual courses in relation to Locating and assessing, creating and maintaining a healthy home or workplace; and
(b) materials in relation to subclause 1.1 (a) including but not limited to videos, written material, checklists and other supporting documents.

2. Customer Obligations
2.1 You agree and warrant to:
(a) follow all instructions provided by Eco Health;
(b) provide all correct information in relation to any asked questions;
(c) not disclose any Online Courses Materials to any third party;
(d) not to record or retain copies of any Online Course Materials without the written consent of Eco Health.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 For the avoidance of doubt, all intellectual property in relation to the Online Courses is subject to clause 8 of the General Terms.
4. Educational Material
4.1 Eco Health may utilise material offered by third party organisations, which Eco Health may sub-license as permitted by the owner or licensor of the material.
4.2 All information provided is general in nature and not specific to any facts, accordingly Eco Health is not, and you agree that Eco Health is not, responsible and disclaims any and all liability in relation to any claims arising as a result of reliance on the general information.
4.3 Eco Health may partner with third parties and become affiliate re-seller of the course material offered by them. This material may be offered through our Website or via the links to the third-party websites through our correspondence, Website and Social Media.
4.4 You agree that Eco Health makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such third-party site. Following links to any other websites is at your own risk.
4.5 You agree that Eco Health shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any dealings between the you and the third-party sites. If there is a dispute, you understand and agree that Eco Health is under no obligation to become involved.
