I had all the contents of the book ready to write down there and then and couldn’t wait to get to my desk. This book is all about inspiring you. It's about relieving stress and bringing peace and tranquility into your life. It is based on a 15-minute meditation technique that I use and teach you how to use in the book. Each day, there is a Focus Statement to anchor your meditation. This also becomes your affirmation. There is a section providing Additional Meaning to this and space where you can record (draw or write) what came to you while you were meditating. It is kind of a workbook that is positive and inspiring. PS This is where my phrase “Shine and Succeed!” came from. It was written way back then and I’ve used it every day since because it's just so positive!
