NOTICE re COVID-19

1) Be assured that all items are handled and packed only by Lucinda.
We encourage you to maintain your safety procedures, such as washing your hands thoroughly after handling the external packaging and sanitising items as required.

2) To reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19, shipping will only be done on Tuesdays and Fridays.
We do apologise for this, but in the circumstances, we trust you understand. All shipping within Australia is via Express Post.

3) Orders are limited to Australia and New Zealand while the pandemic continues.
The reason for this is that with only 10% of flights operating, it can take months for an item to reach its destination.
