Conversations About The Self – Why I Love It
Conversations About The Self: Exploring Ideas from Change Your Life Radio takes the reader on a whimsical journey, with a psychological vantage, to better understand the self. Thus enabling the reader to feel courageous, be empowered and create the changes that they desire… or just enjoy the meanderings.
Back in 2013, I hosted a radio show called, “Change Your Life Radio.” In December of that year, we focused on ‘The Self.’ The conversations with my guests inspired me to write this book.
This was my second book and an opportunity to really dig deep and share some of my core beliefs and ideas that were inspired by the really incredible conversations that I had with my guests on the radio show.
The conversations we had were deep and which got me thinking. Thus, this book came to light. It is a fun read whilst still being engaging and challenging.
Guests of the show included:
- Liesel Teversham;
- Yvonne Harper;
- Dr Gail Siler;
- Kamin Bell Samuel; and
- Kelly Wagner
