Do you experience any of the following?
Then you may have environmental sensitivities.
What are Environmental Sensitivities?
People experience Environmental Sensitivities in very different ways. They have different triggers, different reactions, and the reactions can vary over time, based on many other factors.
Some people are chemically sensitive, and their triggers can include perfumes, air fresheners, fabric softeners, plasticisers, petrochemicals, exhaust fumes, newspaper ink, mould, synthetic fabrics, wood smoke and more.
Those who are electrically sensitive react to extra low or high frequency electric and/or magnetic fields, or both. So for these people, household wiring, mobile phone towers, power lines, smart meters, smart phones, tablets, game consoles, wireless technology could be their triggers.
Others are affected by biotoxins, such as mould become a problem when something has been wet for 24 hours or more.
Each person with Environmental Sensitivities experiences them differently. The intricacies of a person’s triggers and reactions are unique to each person.
The conditions associated with Environmental Sensitivities are commonly overlapping. Thus, many people who are chemically sensitive will also have a degree of electrical sensitivities, and vice versa.
As well, conditions and syndromes that may have an Environmental Sensitivities component include:
- Lyme disease and its co-infections,
- Biotoxin-related illneses (from moulds, etc)
- Chronic fatigue syndrome,
- Arthritic conditions,
- Food sensitivities, allergies and intolerances,
- Learning disorders,
- Concentration difficulties and so on.
